Always Check Your Candy patch

During the spookiest time of the year, there are a few guidelines all ghosts and goblins should follow:

• Always hand out candy to trick-or-treaters.
• Always wear a costume.
• NEVER blow out a Jack O'Lantern before midnight.
• NEVER take down your decorations before November 1st.

And of course....

• Always check your candy.
